Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using InboxProcess ("the Service"), operated by Stratalytic ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service description

InboxProcess is an email automation platform. You forward emails to a dedicated address, and we process them according to pipelines you configure — creating calendar events, appending spreadsheet rows, posting Slack messages, or creating Notion tasks using your connected accounts.

3. Your account

  • You must provide accurate account information.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Keep your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
  • You must have the right to forward emails you send to the Service. Do not forward emails containing content you are not authorized to share with third-party processors.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes or to process illegal content.
  • Forward spam, malware, or phishing emails to the Service.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, billing, or security measures.
  • Reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service.
  • Use the Service in a way that degrades performance for other users.

5. Third-party integrations

The Service connects to third-party platforms (Google, Slack, Notion) using OAuth. By connecting an integration, you authorize us to perform actions on your behalf within the scopes you approved. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the integration in your dashboard or revoking permissions in the third-party platform.

We are not responsible for changes, outages, or data loss caused by third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

6. AI processing

Some pipelines use AI (Anthropic Claude) to extract structured data from your emails. Email content is sent to the AI provider in real-time for processing. We do not use your email content to train AI models. AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate — you are responsible for reviewing results in your connected services.

7. Billing and plans

  • New accounts include a 14-day free trial.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are listed on our website.
  • You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost data, missed calendar events, incorrect spreadsheet entries, or failed message deliveries. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
